Masseria Conte is spread out on 70 hectares of land in the Puglia countryside. The property is close to town, local beaches and restaurants, and within and under an hours drive from both Bari and Brindisi airport.

Masseria Conte can accommodate up to 12 guests. Five double-bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom make this feasible. Five of the bedrooms are in the principal home and one bedroom is in a guest house across the courtyard.

The ground floor offers sitting rooms, relaxing areas, a kitchen, library, TV Room, and a dining room. The rooms are elegantly furnished and feature high vaulted ceilings.

The exterior grounds of the property are characterized by courtyards, a stable that has been converted into a dining area, a large swimming pool, and of course the garden and its natural park. Last but not least their is also a charming and romantic little chapel.

This stunningly beautiful and historically rich farmhouse is also equipped with a SPA that features a jacuzzi, turkish bath, and a massage parlor.
