Masseria Santa Maria di Leuca is an oceanview farmhouse that has been restored as a contemporary home offering modern luxury. The property is located minutes from the beaches of Pescoluse in Puglia’s southern peninsula region called Salento.

The Masseria can host up to ten guests in five double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and two of them are on the lower ground floor. The rooms have lots of natural light, are characterized by vaulted ceilings, and offer handmade bed lines as well as mosquito netting.

All bedrooms have independent access to the garden, internal courtyard, and swimming pool area.

The main house has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area, and a veranda. Exterior grounds feature an Arab garden, and olive and vineyard groves. Guest will enjoy the taste of the Masseria’s exquisitely organically produced olive oil from this agriculturally rich region of Puglia.
