IDEAL FOR…

“Paradiso in Pietra” is a newly built vacation villa available to rent as a holiday home or book for wedding events. It is ideal for a large family, group of friends, or a venue for special events. The home sleeps up to fourteen people.

THE SWIMMING POOL AND GARDENS…

The large outside swimming pool, which is nestled in the Puglia countryside is surrounded by lavender, olive oil trees, and lots of flowers. This includes a pergola where a picnic in the shade could be ideal. The pool has been designed to let baby’s take their first step towards learning how to swim. Important to note are the two outdoor showers and dress cabinets for ladies & gentlemen.

Feel free to roam around the property, its courtyards, and gardens. You will also discover a little forest here where some artistic endeavor’s are on display. Soon the property will also be graced with citrus, vegetable and herbal gardens.

THE MAIN HOUSE…

The main house features two bedrooms on the bottom left wing each with their own ensuite bathroom. These chambers consisting of two single beds, and one double sized bed are excellent for singles, friends, and the youth.

Once you make your way upstairs, the first luxury at your disposal is a large terrace overlooking the well known Valle D’Itria. This is the area of Puglia where you find the most dispersed trullo homes with vineyards and olive tree plantations. The three bedrooms upstairs are matrimonial in the sense that they are queen and king size beds very well suited for romantic couples. Each coming with their own en-suite bathrooms.

THE FUN FEATURES…

For those who enjoy cooking or being cooked for the kitchen with its large oak wood dining table is a lovely place to spend some time in. Originally designed for a restaurateur it is ideal for exquisite and lavish meals. Palma the attractive young lady who owns the villa; offers to make fresh breakfast for those who desire it in the morning.

The living room with its large sofa, and television is a good spot to lounge in and relax. The sofa may be pulled out for two overnight lodgers.

Once you make your way downstairs, you’ll stumble upon the wine cellar and gym.

THE LOCATION…

Close to Brindisi and Bari airports “Paradiso in Pietra” is located in the Valle D’Itria between the historic white washed Medieval towns of Ceglie Messapica and Cisternino. The Adriatic seaside is about a twenty minute drive and the Ionian cerca forty minutes. The whole area is filled with excellent beach clubs, restaurants, cafe’s, nightlife and dozens of scenic old towns. Lecce the Florence of the South is highly recommended.
