The property is comprised of three sections including the main house, the pool house, and the trullo house featuring a total of 6 bedrooms with 6 ensuite bathrooms & walk-in showers.  

A glass covered patio leads to the main entrance of the house. Here one will find 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor. A chic modern kitchen with all of the amenities one requires is also located in this space. On the first floor is a fourth double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a few terraces. Next to the pool area you will find a 5th bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This is a double bedroom, furnished in a local and minimalist style.

Luxurious lounging areas include a wooden treehouse designed for massages, yoga and relaxation as well as an outdoor area for gymnastics. The external cooking area allows for some fantastic dinner parties. Finally a 6×12 meter pool completes the picture for a perfect vacation villa.

Villa Maruggio is located on the Ionian Seaside of Puglia, along the historical Templar Knights road. The landscape is immersed in the world renowned Mandurian vineyards, which produces Apulia’s ‘Primitivo’ wine. A few kilometers from the villa are beautiful coastlines filled with many scenic white sandy beaches and turquoise Mediterranean waters.  The gardens are filled with secular trees including olives, pines, figs, and almonds. Also at your disposition is an organic vegetable garden.
