The rest of the land consists of park and century old oak trees which are located halfway up the hill to the south west side and boast a highly panoramic view
Soil And Climate Red soil by decomposition of limestone abounding in ferric hydroxide.
The Valley d’Itria is located in the Murgia hills of South Puglia between the Adriatic and Ionian coasts. From September onwards the temperature varies from 25-30° C during the day and 5-8° C in the night. This climate enhances notably the aroma and the quality of our wines.
